I am glad to see this. When I was there, I was astounded to see the of prehistoric sites – standing stone, petroglyphs, cave dwelling sites, etc. The quality of the engineering required to build the 1000yr + old churches in an earthquake zone was also impressive. There are still those (mostly on line in Facebook, etc.) who claim that Armenia was an invention of the Soviet Union, and never was a historical or ethnic identity. It is nice to have something to present to sceptics.
